In the Qur'an there is a report that God turned Jews into apes for fishing on the Sabbath. Is this account found only in the Qur'an, or is also found in the Torah (Jewish Scriptures) and the Bible? When I first heard an Imam preach that Jews were in fact turned into apes....

Islamic scholars teach that the Bible and the Torah have been "corrupted" or "changed" and cannot be trusted. They claim the main reason for this corruption is that they both spoke of the coming of the Prophet Muhammad. But what does the Qur'an have to say about the Bible and the Torah?
